﷯ About our service Dish Catering is a “Gourmet Catering Service” and event planning company. We provide foods made fresh to order, served by staff with exceptional customer service. Our Team is staffed with experienced professionals with Safe Serve Certification. All of our equipment is modern and well-maintained and delivered to your event. We do all the work —you enjoy the party. Our fully equipped kitchen facility, commissary, and offices are located in Frenchtown NJ. The Dish fleet offers “Boxy” our trusted commercial box truck, and two ford utility vans. Our second floor office also houses our charming tasting room. ﷯ How we charge Food orders are based on a per guest rate according to the items you order. Some food items prices may vary in accordance to market fluctuation. A service charge of 20% is additional. This standard industry charge covers administrative hours, insurance, and equipment used for your party. Sales tax is charged at the rate of 6% for PA, 7% for NJ, and 8% for most areas of NY. If you are tax-exempt we require a tax identification number. ﷯ What we charge
Our staff is fully-trained and professional. There is a 5-hour minimum for all labor. Rates are per hour; gratuity is not included and is completely optional. Over-time and holiday rates may differ. A full clean up after the party is standard.

﷯ How we staff events Staff may increase or decrease depending on the degree of service required for each event. Industry standard numbers apply for most events: 1 staff member per 15-20 guests depending on your desired level of service. Plated food functions and more elaborate events require 1 staff member per 10 guests.
